- 1. How do I connect my signNow account with Zapier? You don’t need to connect anything, signNow is already available within Zapier. Simply log in to your Zapier account, go to Home, click on the signNow icon and choose the apps which you would like to create a connection with. Then, follow the simple instructions on your screen.
- 2. How do I integrate signNow with specific apps via Zapier? Choose which app you want to connect with signNow. Decide on what will be the trigger and what will be the action for this trigger. Then, click the icon of the app you need and just follow the instructions for setting the trigger and action.
- 3. How do I send a document for signing using this integration? For this, you need to set a zap between the app in which you store your files (for example, a cloud storage or an email client) and signNow. Before choosing these two icons, decide which action will serve as the trigger for sending a document to be e-signed.
- 4. How do I track documents that I’ve sent out to be signed with signNow? All signed documents will be automatically returned to where you usually store them. You can also set their place of storage in advance using your individual settings or arranging a multistep zap with your online storage as the final destination of the zaps’ sequence.
