How to install signNow for Procore

To install the signNow app, a Procore company administrator needs to request an application ID:

As a Procore administrator, log in to Procore and go to the Company Admin tool.

Under Administrative Settings, select App Management.

Click Install App.

If you want to install a custom App, choose Install Custom App, enter your application ID, and follow the basic installation steps.

Can any Procore user install the signNow app?
The signNow App is installed at the company level and configured at the project level. Only Procore company administrators can install the app and create and apply App configurations to Procore projects where they’d like to use the application.
How does a Procore administrator create the signNow app configuration?
Follow these steps:
1. As a Procore administrator, log in to Procore and go to the Company Admin tool.
2. Under Administrative Settings, select App Management.
3. Under Installed Apps, locate the signNow App and click View.
4. From the Configurations tab, click Create New Configuration.
5. Select one or more projects to apply the signNow App configuration to.
6. Enter a Title for the new App configuration.
7. Provide values for any Configurable Fields that may be required for the App.
8. Click Create.
Do I need a signNow account to use the integration?
Correct. To send documents for signing from Procore, you need an active signNow subscription plan.
How do I pre-fill documents with Procore data using signNow?
You can map fillable fields in your signNow template with Procore fields by selecting from the dropdown menus. signNow extracts values from fields in the Procore project and inserts them into the fillable fields.
